About Rhythmic Movement
It's all about the FUN!!! Get ready to explore rhythms and dance steps from all around the world. We will explore them in different ways, such as, breaking down the steps and movements, practicing steps with songs, following along to dance choreography and letting loose! We will also take time warming up and cooling down our bodies. No dance experience is needed for this class.
